Meet the friendly staff at Wine Country Veterinary Hospital!
Dr. Jessica Klein is a Sonoma County native, growing up in Healdsburg from the age of 7. She completed her B.S in Animal Science with a minor in Chemistry and Biology and graduated cum laude from Chico State University.
She received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis in 2008 and promptly moved back to Sonoma County where she has been working ever since. Dr. Klein has a wide interest in animal species and has worked on farm animals, equine, reptiles, avian, zoo animals and pocket pets. She has found that her passion is working on clients furry family members though.
In 2015 Dr. Klein and Dr. Carter collaborated together to dream-up and build Wine Country Veterinary Hospital; which is set to open August 1st 2016.
In her free time Dr. Klein loves playing with her 3 kids, running, cooking, relaxing with a glass of red wine and a good book. She also will never pass up snuggling on the couch with her husband and orange tabby cat Krush and Lhasa Apso mix Bee while watching a movie.
